2001 - i know absolutely nothing about photography, but i still take pictures...these are my favorite ones from the past year.

Lauren, Bri, and Erik on the beach in the fall at Salem, Mass. Looks like it could be the cover for my solo album...Wait, I forgot I have zero musical talent.

A bridge in upstate New York at sunset. I actually took this picture leaning halfway out of the car while Erik was driving his Ford Focii at 75mph. Good times.

The Secession Movement were playing inside at the top of the stairs at The Troc when I took this picture. This kid was missing out.

One of the commuter train stations I deal with everyday in Philadelphia. Train stations aren't fun, but they sure are symmetrical.

Ahhhh...The dreaded tunnel I walk down every weekday on my way to work.

An old car speeding directly at Joe's head. Taken in the summer at Atco Raceway in New Jersey.

Another picture from the dreaded daily commute. This is the staircase at the station on the way home at night. Yes, that's an ad for Allen Iverson's shoes at the top of the picture.

My lo-fi stereo setup in my room consisting of a record player from the 1980's that was graciously given to me and my cd player I got when I was 14. I forget which record was playing then.

Joe's finger and a mantis sitting on top of a motorcyle mirror. Mantii don't like flash photography, nor do I.

The Marathon Grill on 17th St. in Philadelphia. Nope, I've never eaten there.

The Christmas tree in Liberty Plaza in Philadelphia. I always think it'd be a cool place for Batman to jump through the domed, glass ceiling.

James Taylor lyrics taken from an old record of my parents. The entire 'Sweet Baby James' lyric sheet is as big as a poster. This was taken in my room in the summer when I had zero to do as usual.

AM's last show (?) at The Trocadero in Philadelphia last spring. I'm thinking Reunion Tour 2027.

My Emerica footprints in a field by my house in New Jersey. I had off from work that day and ended up taking pictures since the weather was good. Good times, since I got paid my usual wage for walking around in the woods.

A squirrel in Rittenhouse Square. Easily my favorite animal. They're smarter than the average urban-city-dwelling- creature.

The sun in the Poconos at the end of November. I was there an entire weekend for a corporate thing with a friend of mine. She refused to be in the picture, so I took one of the sky instead.

Johnny auto-timer actually took this picture. I set the camera down and let it take a picture of my shadow in the forefront. Erik is back there too.

My little brother leaning out the window at the beach in the summer. His sense of humor destroys mine.

The lights from the school behind my house in the fog at 4:30am. I had off from work the next day and set out to take pictures for no reason just before dawn. I'm krrrrazy.
